Who Needs PB & J when you can have THIS!??

Spinach, Tomato & Mozzarella Chz on Bolillo Bread with Olivada Spread...YUM!

What you will need:
Bolillo Bread or some type of Hogi Roll
Mozzarella Cheese (I used Rice Cheeze)
Baby Spinach, washed
Roma Tomato, washed

Olivada:
1 cup of whole black olives, pitted
1/4 cup of olive oil
1-2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Place the oil, olives, garlic and black pepper in a blender or food processor and process until it becomes a thick paste. Slice cheese and place on bread, then put under the broiler for a few minutes, be sure to keep a close eye on it! Once cheese is melted and bread toasted, remove from oven. Spread the Olivada on a toasted piece of bread, layer with spinach and roma tomato. Put the two halves together in a sandwich and ENJOY!!

Oh, sorry that does not look good, but I'm glad you such a healthy eater.
By the way I don't think I've said Congrats on the pregnancy yet!!! so CONGRATULATIONS!! I figured that's what your suprise was. One of my best friends had exactly what you are going through and the bleeding eventually stopped and she had a very healthy baby. It was a very scary ordeal for her and like you she waited a long time before telling anyone that she was PG. I pray that all will go well and you too will have a very healthy baby.

Thank you! We had an ultrasound yesterday. The doc took a good look at the placenta and behind the placenta where the bleeding had originated and there was no more blood back there so it's looking like the rest of this pregnancy might just be completely normal!
